Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a defective or faulty product, you may request a return. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. However, if you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, a COD charge of AED 10 per product will be applied. For instance, if your order consists of three products, the COD charge will be AED 30 (AED 10 per product).
